For the Nimroo app
These terms govern the use of the Nimroo app. By signing in you agree to them. The provider is Mehrdad Eshghabadi (contact: eshghabadi000@gmail.com).
An account is required; sign-in works through Apple or Google. In the forum you are visible only under your pseudonym. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 16 years old. You can permanently delete your account in the app under "Profile → Delete account".
Zero tolerance. For the following content and behaviour there is no warning and no second chance: the post is removed and the account suspended.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. In particular, the following are prohibited:
Explicitly permitted are political opinion, criticism of the Iranian regime, and discussion of migration, asylum and human rights. That is the heart of this community; nobody is suspended for it.
Every post is screened automatically before publication. In addition, any post can be reported with one tap and any person can be blocked. Repeatedly reported posts are hidden automatically until a human has reviewed them. We remove content that violates section 3 and suspend accounts that violate it repeatedly or severely.
We review reported content within 24 hours. Where a report is confirmed, we remove the post and suspend the account it came from. Reports concerning harassment, threats or child safety are handled with priority; our child safety standards apply in addition.
You keep the rights to your posts. You grant us a simple right to display them in the app and its search so they can serve their purpose: helping the next person with the same question. If you delete your account, your posts are removed.
Directory entries come partly from public sources and partly from the listed people themselves. We verify qualifications only where a "verified" badge is shown. Only people who actually made contact may leave a rating; bought or invented ratings are removed.
Not advice: Directory entries and forum posts are not a substitute for medical, legal or tax advice.
Nimroo is free and funded by advertising. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for content posted by users; once we learn of unlawful content we remove it without delay. Otherwise we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
We may amend these terms as the app evolves or the legal situation requires. The version published here applies.
